Yesterday, Leaf reached a technical milestone: Identified and handled a complex tender that was 100% AI-generated from start to finish.

• Analysed the company's risk profile

• Discovered that the company lacked a complex and critical liability insurance

• Understood what information would be required to underwrite this insurance

• Obtained over 50 data points (key figures, descriptions, certifications, clients, etc.) through our platform

• Estimated the missing data based on similar companies, previous emails sent from the client, and internal industry data - all automatically compiled and logged in our database

• Presented it in a structured and detailed tender material.

Not a simple motor or home insurance. A complex cover that required 7 pages of closely written information to understand and describe correctly.

... I sat passively by and validated along with the client and pressed "send" in Outlook.

This step is probably also soon on its way out (...). The question is not if or when the broker disappears, but what is left of the role when AI handles the rest
