It is the information asymmetry that is the problem
And it typically arises in three ways

Our AI agent recently found a video hosted by one of our clients' partners. It became crucial for their entire risk profile.
The video was publicly available. No one had hidden anything. But the content revealed a risk that neither the client themselves nor their insurance company was aware of - because that information had never been requested in the right format, by the right person, at the right time.
This is how the insurance industry often loses. Not to lies. To things that are never said.
Information asymmetry is the problem, and it typically arises in three ways:
- Something important is never written down because no one asks.
- The same piece of information means something different to a technician and an underwriter.
- People only report the part of reality they themselves are responsible for.
When a business spans hardware, software, and energy markets, this becomes a problem. There is no single person who sees it all. AI does.
That is the task we are building for. To gather those fragments of information that would otherwise never meet.
