"AI-powered" usually means: someone in the team is using ChatGPT

Test your company's AI adoption below

This is not an attempt to offend, it is merely an observation, and you can test your company's AI adoption yourself below.

Step 1 is to use ChatGPT as a better Google. Step 5 is workflows where analysis, decisions, and actions run independently of whether a specific employee shows up at the office. The difference is not gradual, but the difference between a productivity tool and a structural change in how a company delivers value.

Five questions reveal where you actually stand:
1: Does the AI remember your previous work, or do you start from scratch every time?
2: Do you ask the AI for help to formulate better prompts?
3: Do you systematically reuse prompts and projects?
4: Have you built fixed AI workflows for tasks you solve again and again?
5: Do your systems act automatically on output, or does someone have to copy it further manually?

The more noes, the greater the likelihood that you are overestimating your AI maturity. The greatest benefit of AI is not speed, but insight and execution power.

For us at Leaf, this is not a theoretical exercise. We built vera with step 5 as the starting point: risk analysis, claims handling, and document flow run as interconnected workflows on pure data. This gives customers an insight and execution power they have not had before.
